The First Session
Your first session is dedicated to understanding you — your story, what brought you here, what's on your mind, what you've already tried. We also look at the wider context: relationships, work, sleep, recent changes, daily rhythms. With your consent, we begin paying attention from this very first conversation — to the pace and energy of your voice, the rhythms of your speech, the themes you keep returning to. These patterns hold information words alone don't always carry. The goal is to see the whole picture before anything else.
A Personalised Approach
From that conversation — and from the patterns we've already begun to notice in how you speak and what you focus on — we shape an approach designed for your situation. We draw from validated wellbeing scales, structured frameworks, and reflection tools, and form working hypotheses about what might be at play. These guide our direction together, and we adjust them as we learn more.
Ongoing Sessions
Regular 50-minute sessions, weekly or fortnightly. We work through what matters most, at the pace that suits you. As sessions accumulate, small shifts compound into clearer trends — and your practitioner can track how things are evolving across your work together.
Review & Progress
Between sessions, brief wellbeing check-ins map how you're doing across multiple dimensions — mood, stress, energy, satisfaction, more. Periodically, you and your practitioner step back together to review: what's shifted, what's working, what to adjust. Real evidence sits at the centre of the conversation — so the work stays grounded in what's actually moving for you.
