Intake & Assessment
Your first full session includes a thorough clinical intake — understanding your history, current challenges, and goals. This shapes our work together.
Ongoing Sessions
Regular 50-minute sessions (weekly or fortnightly) where we work through what matters most. The pace is yours — we adapt to what you need.
Review & Progress
Periodic check-ins to reflect on progress, adjust our approach, and ensure the work continues to feel meaningful and effective.

Sessions are 50 minutes, held either in person at our Hamburg office or online via secure video. All sessions are conducted in English or Portuguese. We offer flexible scheduling including evening availability. Counselling is typically an ongoing engagement — most clients attend for 8 to 20 sessions, though shorter and longer arrangements are equally welcome.

Children & Teenager Counselling
We also work with children and teenagers (ages 6–17), using the same evidence-based approach adapted for younger clients. Sessions include age-appropriate techniques and parent consultation to support the whole family.
